During the initial exchanges. the
Lions had the better of the play, however could not turn this
possession into goals. Ashingdon gradually fought their way into
the game, grabbing two quick goals. Firstly, from a goal mouth
scramble and then from an excellent free kick. Lions claims for
a penalty shortly afterwards were brushed away.

During the second half the Pumas
seemed quite content on preserving their lead, which gave us
greater possession but we just could not find a way through. |
