Sickness meant we were down to a starting seven only and the boys were up against one of the stronger sides in the league.

The boys’ first half display saw them ripping through Hambros's midfield and defence time and time again. They controlled the half and were unlucky not to go into the break 1 or 2 nil up.

The second half saw a more determined Hambros who now decided to compete for those 50-50 balls. As the half went on their attacks became more threatening and in the last ten minutes of the game some brave defending and three match saving stops from our keeper who had been mainly redundant meant that we were able to keep the match all square.

Even though Hambros were strong in the second half the boys still maintained the lion share of possession.

Well done lads for a great performance in the first half and battling display in the second.
