Forest Glade got back to winning ways with a superb performance at
Barleylands on Sunday with an eight goal blast. |
|
Clever work by Rhys Hooper earned Glade a penalty with just 7
minutes gone and Man of the Match David Cooper dispatched it with
ease. This was followed by another 8 minutes after with a good
finish on the volley from Hooper. Hullbridge then pulled one back,
but with immediate reply, Lee Mulreany, on his debut, fired a clever
shot low past the helpless Hullbridge keeper.
|
|
Another good finish by Mulreaney made it 4-1, and then on the stroke
of half time a lovely free kick by Jonathan Diment made it 5-1 at
half time. |
|
The
second half began with the outstanding Cooper terrorising the
Hullbridge defence time after time, and added to his first with a
well taken goal after good play by the hard working Jack Smith. |
|
Mulreany then completed a fine debut with a deadly finish to make it
7-1, and with minutes to spare Cooper completed his hat-trick. 8-1
final score, a fine team performance by all the squad. |
