Forest
Glade Under 6 visited Chalvedon Boys on Sunday 7th May 2006
to play their first ever game. |
|
With
Forest Glade turning up with 13 boys and Chalvedon with 11
it was decided to play 3 periods of 15 minutes, in order for
everybody to enjoy the occasion. |
|
The first
period ended 2-1 with goals from Sam Crowley and Jack Unwin.
Both teams rotated players for the 2nd period which ended
1-1 with a goal from Josh Smith. In the final period of
play, both teams used rolling substitutions and the result
ended 2-2, with a second goal from Sam and a goal from
George Unwin. This gave an aggregate score of 5-4 to Forest
Glade. |

The match
was played in a very friendly manner and enjoyed by all the
boys and the large attendance of parents. |
